If you plan on obtaining financing to purchase your home, you will need to obtain a preapproval letter from a financial institution prior to us seeing any homes in person. If you are a cash buyer, you will need to obtain a proper proof of funds letter from your bank.

Once you have found a home you like, we will work together in drafting an offer that you are comfortable with. I will offer advice, but I will never force you into making an uncomfortable decision.

After your offer is accepted, we will work through any and all contingencies. This can include things such as your home inspection, loan commitment, and appraisal contingencies. This will last anywhere from 14-60 days depending on your offer.

After signing the final paperwork to complete the purchase, you are now the owner of a new house. It may take a few days for your loan to be funded once the paperwork has been returned to the lender, but once that check is delivered to the seller, you’ll be all set to move into the home of your dreams.
